Renovation – A three year project to rebuild and revitalize existing structures, including the main house, circa 1829. A former root cellar became “Le Caveau” – A world class venue showcasing hospitality and extraordinary, award winning cutting edge cuisine. The gift shop was created from a previously vacant space.
